Fan Installation (attic or ceiling)
Attic Fans
When temperatures on a summer day reach 80 degrees, your attic could reach 150 degrees. On days like this, your air conditioner could constantly be running, resulting in increasing energy bills. An attic fan could bring the temperature of your attic down by 50 degrees. This could translate to a ten degree reduction in your living temperatures. Moisture is another concern in attics. With every day activities such as showering and cooking, this moisture will rise to the attic and seep into the rafters. In turn, this could cause mold and serious health issues. Attic fans can ventilate this rising moisture; therefore, preventing this cycle from happening.
